In this unit can comfortably sleep up to 6 people. 3 bedrooms with queen size beds, 2.5 bathrooms, living room and dining room. Air conditioning and ceiling fans in all bedrooms and living room. Terrace equipped with gas BBQ grill. TV and DVD player. Washing machine and dryer. Water heater. Two parking spots with controlled access. 24/7 security. Wireless internet access.

Summary: Condo was conveniently close to beach , pool , and stores. Place has plenty of sleeping space but living room space leaves alot to be desired. 2 old couches are not comfortable and need to replaced. No coffee table or anywhere to put your drink. Kitchen was nice and had everything you might need. Has an outside patio but no furniture. Found a beach chair in one of the closets. Overall was good but with a little effort could be alot nicer. You can tell.its used mostly as a rental.
